Does the Caesarstone Warranty cover all applications and usages?

Caesarstone provides warranty for Caesarstone surfaces in which appliances and applications are installed or fabricated, provided that those appliances and applications are approved for use by Caesarstone, and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, Caesarstone fabrication and installation guidelines, and any additional guidelines relating to those appliances and applications.

What is the Caesarstone lifetime warranty?

We go beyond excellence, to give you the reassuring certainty that your surface remains safe, durable, and timelessly beautiful. Our lifetime warranty enables you to benefit from our full commitment to top quality surfaces.

It is made available to the original owner of a single-family residence and goes into effect on the original date of installation. It applies to repairs and replacements of defective materials fabricated and installed by Caesarstone-authorized professionals only, and you must request the service within 30 days of any material failure.
